I (Rad – CEO and founder of Saldo Apps) spent about 17 minutes and 23 seconds talking to ChatGPT to find out the difference between Project Manager and Delivery Manager, but I still didn’t understand. So he named the role Gantt Guru.
Briefly about us:
Saldo Apps is a fintech ecosystem for the self-employed and microbusinesses. It’s a single platform for accounting and finance (both business and personal) with an all-in-one web version and several mobile applications. We offer products worldwide, but currently 75% of our revenue comes from the US. You may also have heard of our Saldo Finance product, which is currently the most popular personal finance app in Ukraine.
Main objective for the role:
- Ensure that products (releases) are delivered on time and to the appropriate quality.
Hard skills required for the position:
- Persistence and perseverance;
- Analytical mindset;
- Ability to get things done no matter what;
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks;
- Clarity and systematic approach.
Nice to have:
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence;
- Experience with Amplitude;
- English B2 and above.
Job responsibilities include:
- Establish planning and interaction between these two teams;
- Set up the delivery processes;
- Be responsible for deadlines directly to the CEO;
- Remove unnecessary rituals and calls;
- Relieve product managers and developers from organisational routine;
- Administer JIRA, Confluence, and that’s it.
